These Terms apply to purchases made through the Blue Spark website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

Blue Spark designs and sells STEAM activity boxes and related products.

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, finishes and natural materials such as wood may vary slightly from the images shown.

Age recommendations are provided as a guide. Some products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Children should use products with appropriate adult supervision and follow the instructions and safety guidance provided.

Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in Namibian Dollars (N$) unless stated otherwise. Blue Spark is not currently VAT registered and prices therefore do not include VAT.

Order via WhatsApp. Payment accepted: Cash, Card at Point of sale or EFT. Payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

We may correct genuine pricing or website errors and may cancel an affected order. If payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded.

Orders

An order is subject to product availability and acceptance by Blue Spark. We may cancel an order due to stock availability, payment problems, suspected fraud or genuine pricing errors.

Intellectual Property

Blue Spark's website content, activity booklets, worksheets, illustrations, product designs, educational resources, logos and other original materials remain the intellectual property of Blue Spark or their respective rights holders.

Purchased educational materials are for personal, family or classroom use only. They may not be reproduced, sold, uploaded, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.

Product Use & Liability

Our products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions and safety guidance provided.

To the extent permitted by Namibian law, Blue Spark is not responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions or inadequate supervision.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Blue Spark delivers throughout Namibia using third-party courier services. Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment.

Estimated delivery times are:

Major towns: 2–5 business days
Remote/outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs will be quote, if required. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because incorrect information was provided.

Where available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Returns

If you wish to return an unused product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging.

Used, assembled, altered or customer-damaged products cannot be returned unless they were faulty when supplied.

Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where appropriate.

Depending on the issue, we may provide a missing component, replacement, repair or refund.

Blue Spark will cover reasonable return shipping costs where an item was faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Approved refunds will made by EFT, and a bank confirmation letter needs to be provided. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
